Experience

Ms. Prada focuses on civil litigation, including business litigation, breach of contract and real estate litigation. Ms. Prada graduated cum laude from Santa Clara University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, with an emphasis in Pre-Law. Ms. Prada obtained her Juris Doctor degree from University of San Francisco School of Law in 2013, and has been an active member of the California State Bar since 2013.

While in Law School, Ms. Prada participated in advocacy competitions, including the Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, noted as one of the most prestigious advocacy competitions in the world, and the Judge John J. Brown Admiralty Moot Court Competition. Ms. Prada consistently ranked within the top ten oral advocates of the competitions she participated in.

Ms. Prada has the compassion necessary to help her clients through difficult times, while maintaining an aggressive approach throughout all stages of representation. Ms. Prada has a background focusing on financial investments and began her career working for a global investment firm. Ms. Prada has experience in corporate governance, including general corporate and securities law, regulatory filings and private fund maintenance
