Real Estate Law/Litigation

Reza's real estate law practice involves a broad range of real estate issues, including both litigation and transactions, such as landlord/tenant disputes, judicial and non-judicial foreclosures, real estate broker liability, property acquisitions/dispositions, commercial office and retail leasing, common interest developments, condominium conversions of both residential and commercial developments, boundary and easement disputes, eminent domian, as well as land use issues.

Reza has represented his real estate clients during all phases of real estate litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice and trial preparation. Reza is a licensed real estate broker with the California Department of Real Estate.

Estate Planning

Reza's estate planning practice includes developing and implementing comprehensive estate plans for his clients. Reza has drafted living trusts, wills, power of attorneys, advance health care directives, irrevocable trusts, including life insurance trusts as well as other asset protection devices. Through the proper planning of an estate, Reza has been able to serve his clients by protecting their assets while minimizing their income, gift, estate and generation-skipping tax liability.
