Katja M. Grasso, Esq.

Ms. Grasso primarily practices litigation, including commercial, intellectual property, and appellate law. Most recently, she was second-chair attorney in a federal trademark infringement trial in the Eastern District of Wisconsin, in which Inhouse successfully invalidated two of the plaintiff's trademarks and protected its client from liability. Ms. Grasso is adept in all phases of litigation, including drafting motions and attending hearings, performing research and drafting pleadings, preparing and responding to discovery, and trial preparation. Ms. Grasso is also a panel attorney for the Sixth District Appellate Project, for which she writes briefs for criminal appeals.
Prior to joining Inhouse Co., Ms. Grasso's legal experience included family law experience in Missouri and performing complex legal research, as well as drafting portions of criminal appellate briefs to be filed with the California Supreme Court.
