Swarovski leads InHouse Co’s bankruptcy practice. He has handled
a vast variety of bankruptcy cases in Chapter 7 filings, Chapter 13
filings, avoidance proceedings, adversarial proceedings, representing
both creditors and debtors. Evgeny
also is an expert in general civil litigation. He has litigated in California
State and Federal Courts, participating in no less than 150 cases and
have also conducted about 20 full trials. The subject of the cases includes
debt collection, identity theft, debt collection practices, investors
rights, fraud, and corporate governance. Evgeny
has a J.D from Chapman University School of Law. Prior to his
law school, he attended Moscow State Law Academy. Because of his
extensive network and relationships in Europe and Russia, Evgeny has
actually prepared and filed several cases with the European Court of
Human Rights on behalf of a Russian citizen (pending) and one case with
the Russian Constitutional Court. As
an attorney licensed to practice in Russia, Evgeny is an of counsel
to a private law firm which is part of the Moscow Regional Bar Association.
He represented clients in courts in Russia in the areas of litigation,
commercial law, bankruptcy and debt collection. Education
